C22 - Booking conditions

UK residents: Provisional bookings will be kept for one week pending return of the booking form with a non-returnable deposit cheque for £150: F. Humphrey, 44 Claremont Avenue, New Malden, Surrey, KT3 6QL, UK. Payment can also be made by Paypal or by electronic bank transfer (Please contact us for the account details)

Guests from outside of the UK: Please confirm by email to: f.humphrey@btinternet.com followed with a payment via Paypal or by bank transfer for which we will send you the details by separate email.

The balance is to be paid eight weeks prior arrival at the house. If the booking is made within 8 weeks from departure, full payment has to be returned with the booking form.

A breakage returnable deposit of £200.00 is payable by cheque with final payment for UK renters - for guests from outside the UK : Euro 250 is payable by Paypal (or bank transfer) and will be returned after departure also by electronic transfer provided that there are no breakages and that the house is left clean and in good order.

A signed receipt will be posted to you both for the receipt of the deposit, of the final balance and breakage returnable deposit.

All details regarding the holiday-let will be set out in a signed rental agreement.

Special considerations

 

A maximum of 4 adults are allowed to stay - the house can cater comfortably only for 4 people. The house is not recommended for young children. The housekeeper will ensure that this rule is not abused.

Bed linen, hand towels, kitchen towels supplied. (Please bring your own beach towels).

Bedding: 1 double bed in the main bedroom, 2 single beds in the second bedroom, all beds with continental quilts and blankets for winter use.

Please note that smoking is permitted only on the patio area or the roof terrace.

Transfers from Alicante Airport to El Sueno can be arranged at a reasonable rate through “Spic and Span”, the keyholding company to the house. Please let us know if you are interested and we will send you contact details.

Please note that the insurance policy for the house does not cover visitors’ personal health and belongings. Please ensure that these are covered by your travel insurance policy.

Keys to the house as well as Directions, maps from Alicante Airport to El Chaparral will be posted to you after receipt of the final payment.
